Dickinson City Council voted to Approve the request to amend the official zoning map from Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zoning district to General Commercial (GC) zoning district for the approx. ± 0.44-acres, located at 3208 Hwy 3, legally described as ABST 19 PERRY & AUSTIN SUR PT OF LOT 114 (0-3) DICKINSON ADDN D on the 25TH of JUNE 2024.

REQUEST

Amend the official zoning map from Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zoning district to General Commercial (GC) zoning district.
