Dickinson City Council voted to Approve the request to amend the official zoning map from Neighborhood Conservation (NC) zoning district to Urban Transition (UT) zoning district for the approx. 0.78 acres, located on E 25th St. and legally described as below on the 27th of JANUARY 2026.

REQUEST

Amend the official zoning map from Neighborhood Conservation (NC) zoning district to Urban Transition (UT) zoning district for 4 parcels.
