CITY COUNCIL DECISION
Dickinson City Council voted to CANCEL the request to amend the official zoning map from Urban Transition (UT) zoning district to Neighborhood Conservation (NC) zoning district for the approx. 0.413 acres, located at 3518 Elm Dr and legally described as ABST 19 PERRY & AUSTIN SUR PT OF LOT 141 (3-1) DICKINSON ADDN D 25% UDI by passing a new ordinance that permits additional uses in the Urban Transition (UT) zoning district on the 13th of JANUARY 2026.
