CITY COUNCIL DECISION
Dickinson City Council voted to Approve prescribing that the notice to be given of the time and place of the public hearing to be held for the future proposed adoption of the Unified Development Code (UDC) and associated City-wide rezoning, shall be by publication of said notice in a newspaper as provided by Texas Local Government Code Section 211.006 (a) on the 23RD of APRIL 2024.
REQUEST

PUBLIC HEARINGS
Public hearings are held for the purpose of giving all interested persons the right to speak and be heard. If you would like to speak at one of the scheduled public hearings, sign the appropriate list in the foyer prior to the posted time of the meeting. Each speaker shall give his/her name and address in order to provide a proper record of this hearing. The rules allow each speaker three (3) minutes to present information.
