Dickinson City Council voted to Approve the request to amend the official zoning map from Mixed Use (MU) zoning district to Auto-Centric (AC) zoning district for the approx. ± 8.813 acres with 4 parcels 163214, 163340, 163366, 163371 on the 12th of AUGUST 2025.

Amend the official zoning map from Mixed Use (MU) zoning district to Auto-Centric (AC) zoning district.
